Dr. Fisher is board-certified in general and child and adolescent psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a lifetime member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as the American and Georgia Psychiatric Associations. He is originally from Northwest Indiana and relocated to Bogart, Georgia in 1997. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 40 years. Over the years, Dr. Fisher has held many respected positions including Chairman and Medical Director of two Psychiatric Hospitals and served on many Community Mental Health Boards. Although Dr. Fisher spent most of his career treating all ages, his scope of care is now concentrated in patients ages 18 years and up.
